Choice, not pressure
Phenomen invites 2–3 vetted builders in the right format. The client compares proposals against the same spec and decides for themselves.

Commission: 15% of the build order amount. Only new Phenomen clients count.

Your link attributes a client to you for 90 days after their first visit. If the client came earlier through someone else’s link, the order is credited to that partner.

An order counts once the client has chosen a builder and paid for the work. Clicking “Find a builder” on its own doesn’t count as an order.

Each commission goes through a 30-day review in case of cancellation or refund. Payouts are made monthly under your partner agreement.

Not allowed: search ads on “Phenomen” keywords, spam and incentivized traffic, clicks on your own link, or promises on behalf of Phenomen about prices, timelines or a “ready-made app”. Violations are grounds for cancelling commissions.
Do I need to sell anything?
No. You’re recommending a free tool. The client decides on the build themselves after comparing proposals.
What if the client doesn’t order right away?
Your link is valid for 90 days. If the client signs up or creates a document within that time, they’re attributed to you.
How will I see results?
Your dashboard shows visits, created documents, orders and commissions. We don’t show client names or project details: they’re confidential.
Is there a minimum audience size?
There’s no threshold. What matters more is that your audience cares about startups, ideas and launching products.
I run a studio. Can I be both a partner and a builder?
Yes. Recommend the projects you don’t take on yourself. If a client you referred chooses you as their builder, no commission is paid on that order.
How are payouts made?
Monthly, under the agreement we sign once your application is approved. The payout method depends on your country and legal status.
